15th annual festival, held live this year in Grand Coteau, is a FREE festival featuring three award-winning writers. These writers provide a Community Reading on Friday and Writing Workshops on Saturday. Also on Saturday, a Community Stage at Thensted Center is open to all writers and performers. Youth Creative Writing Contest winners read their works and receive awards.. Local students circulate through Grand Coteau and Sunset performing "Drive By Poetry", dramatic readings of works by the visiting writers."
